BrightStar Credit Union Names Robert Companioni Branch Manager in Pembroke Pines

Pembroke Pines, FL—July 21, 2005—BrightStar Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in South Florida with more than 38,000 members, has named Robert Companioni Branch Manager of its Pembroke Pines branch.

“Robert Companioni has extensive banking knowledge and knows the community well,” said Kevin Winters, Vice President of Operations for BrightStar Credit Union. His responsibilities include business development, originating mortgage and consumer loans, member relations and handling branch operations. Prior to being named Pembroke Pines Branch Manager, Companioni was Branch Manager of BrightStar CU’s Hollywood branch.

A resident of Miami Lakes, Companioni earned a Management and Business degree from the South Florida Banking Institute and an AA in Business Administration from Miami-Dade Community College.
