Account Access Help
Use the Account access menu to view balances of all open accounts,
transfer funds, see year-to-date dividend and interest information,
and export (download) account history.
The default account access page displays all open credit union
accounts, grouped by account type.
Checking and savings accounts (including money market or interest-bearing
transaction accounts.)
Investments – such as Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
Loan accounts - such as credit cards, a line of credit, or a
home equity loan.
Click on the highlighted Account title to access the most recent
five days of history for the account.
Each account is listed by the Account title (checking, credit
card) the account number, the account type (share draft, share,
certificate of deposit), the account balance and the current available
balance.
NOTE – the Available Balance may differ from the Account Balance
because of deposits recorded but not yet cleared or account minimum
requirements.
Printer Friendly Button
Use the printer friendly button at the top of the page at any
time to print your balances or account information in a format
compatible with most online printers.
Account History
The Account history follows, starting with the range of dates
returned.
Each column can be sorted from greater to lesser, more recent
to less recent. However, account history sorted by transaction
description will sort first by day and then by description within
each individual date. Use the
arrows in the header row to sort columns.
Transaction descriptions appear as they are reported on your
account statements:
Share Draft Images
Click on the hyperlink of a share draft number to see if there
is an image available of the cleared check. (optional). If the
cleared share draft image is available, it will appear in a front
and back view in a separate window. If the image is not yet available
online, or has been moved to an off-line archive, you will get
a message that the image is not available.
Next History Date Range
To retrieve more history of the same account, use the Next History
Date Range function that appears at the bottom of the page, after
the history records. The default is set for one month from today’s
date.
View Different Account (for same history range)
You may use the View a Different Account option to select the
same date range for any other account available online. To pull
a different range of dates for the other account, go back to the
Account Summary page and select that account, then use the Next
History Date Range option.
Download Data
You may use the Download Data option to download the range of
history into QIF, Excel or Comma Delimited formats.
Use the pull-down menu to select the download type, and follow
the downloading directions. See the Account Export section for
details.
