You may also use Call24—BrightStar's menu-driven phone banking system that allows you to transfer funds, check your balances and more from any touchtone phone. To use Call24, just call 954-486-BSCU (2728) or toll free 1-800-637-BSCU and then simply follow the audio menu. You'll need your member number and PIN for account access. Your Call24 PIN is the same as your Online Banking PIN.
