1.When you open your new business account you will create a username that you will use to register your account for business online banking. We will also send you an email that will contain a one-time login password.If you already have a business account with us and have not created a username and /or received your one-time login password please contact us by visiting the BrightStar branch closest to you or by calling our Member Service Center.
2.Once you have your username and one-time password, you will be able to log-in and register your account. Begin by clicking on the business tab. Proceed to enter your username into the member ID field along with the random code that is displayed and click login. This will bring you to the page that will display your username and allow you to input your temporary password.
3.Once you have submitted your temporary password just follow the instructions to setup your account. The system will prompt you to change your password and agree to the terms and conditions of the new online banking system. You may also set up your security challenge questions at this time or may wait until prompted by subsequent log-ins. Once you are set up, you will be able to add and give specific authorization to additional users you may want to add to your account.
