Branch Guidelines
What to expect:
1) A BrightStar employee will verify your identity and ask you to remove your mask briefly when you enter the lobby. 2) Masks must be worn at all other times while in the branch. 3) Shared branch members will continue to be assisted in the drive-thru only. 4) Arrows will direct you to where a representative will assist you. How we are keeping Members safe: 1) Employees will be wearing masks, and each teller window will be equip with a "sneeze guard." 2) Automatic hand sanitizers are located at each entrance. 3) Entrance door handles and teller line will be wiped and sanitized hourly. 4) Lobby chairs, cubical chairs, and the stylus at each teller will be sanitized after each member.Close
