This First Time Homebuyer Program provides up to $5,000* in down payment or closing cost assistance for eligible first-time homebuyers.

What constitutes a First-Time Homebuyer?
- Any person who has had NO ownership in a principal or owner-occupied residence in the last 3-years. This includes a spouse. If either meets the above test, they are considered a First-Time Homebuyer.
- A single parent who has only owned a home with a former spouse while married.
- Getting a mortgage from your Credit Union saves money with lower fees and no intangible tax***.
