  • 1. Log onto on a PC.
  • 2. Enter the following information below:
  • a. Member ID (Enter your member Number)
  • b. Password (Enter your temporary password), (Zip Code YY) Zip code followed by birth year.
  • 3. On the select option, drop down menu select “New Users”.
  • 4. Enter the Zip Code of the primary members address.
  • 5. Select the primary members date of birth.
  • 6. Press Submit.
  • 7. Enter the email address you want to use for your account.
  • 8. Enter temporary password from above.
  • 9. Create a new password containing letters and numbers with at least two numbers. The password cannot be your member number or your Social Security Number.
  • 10. Click accept/enter and follow the on screen instructions


  • 1.Click on Online Services
  • 2.Select E Statements
  • 3.Follow online instructions for E-statements

Online Bill Pay

  • 1.Click on Bill Pay
  • 2.Scroll down and click the enroll button
  • 3.Follow the on screen instruction.
