1. To Enter:
The giveaway begins on March 15, 2022 and will conclude on March 17, 2022. To enter, simply follow BrightStar Credit Union on Instagram, like the post and tag a friend. Extra entries will be given to those who repost the post to their story and tag @brightstarcu

2. Eligibility:
Giveaways are open to all Instagram or Facebook users that are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of BrightStar Credit Union and immediate family members (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State, and local laws apply.

3. Selection of Winners:
One (1) random drawing will be held on March 17, 2022. There will be one (1) prize winner.

4. Prizes: ($100) Gift Card:
One (1) e-visa gift cards will be awarded. Selected winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform. In the event a selected winner is unreachable or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the selected winner may forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The winner has 2 business days to respond and claim their prize. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted by winner. This gift card will be sent via email. There will be no physical card sent to the winners. Federal, State, and local taxes are responsibility of prize winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received.

5. General Conditions:
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects. By entering, entrants agree and acknowledge that BrightStar Credit Union and its employees, officers, and directors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, or illegible entries; (ii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (iii) postage-due mail, any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes. BrightStar Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should any cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by BrightStar Credit Union. BrightStar Credit Union may use winner’s name, likeness and city name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
