You'll receive a notification alerting you to the mismatch. You can then log into your online dashboard to review the transaction and decide whether to approve or reject it.

How quickly do I need to respond to an exception?

Exceptions should be reviewed and resolved promptly — typically by the end of the business day. Our Business Services team monitors exceptions and can assist if needed.
