What is the BSCU Repay Portal?

The Repay Portal is a secure online payment platform that allows you to make BrightStar Credit Union loan payments using your debit card. It's powered by REPAY, a trusted payment processing provider.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can make a one-time payment as a guest using the Guest Account Lookup. However, creating a profile lets you save your payment information and receive text reminders for future payments.

What payment methods are accepted?

The Repay Portal accepts debit card payments. For other payment methods (ACH, check, in-branch), use your BrightStar Online Banking or visit a branch.

Is this the only way to pay my loan?

No. This is an additional payment option. You can also pay through Online Banking (fund transfers, bill pay), by mail, by phone, or at any BrightStar branch.

Please review the fee disclosure during the payment process. Fees may vary depending on the payment method and transaction type.

Yes. REPAY uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your financial information during the payment process.
