SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

BrightStar Credit Union ("BrightStar," "we," "us," or "our") offers optional SMS/text messaging programs to provide account alerts, service notifications, and other member communications.
1. Program Description
By opting into SMS/text messaging, you agree to receive messages related to account activity, security notifications, or other communications from BrightStar Credit Union. Message frequency may vary depending on your account settings and activity.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and from you, depending on your mobile service provider's plan.
5. Message Delivery & Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Supported Carriers
SMS delivery is supported by major U.S. carriers; however, delivery may be limited by your mobile carrier's coverage or service availability.
7. Privacy

8. Participation Requirements
- A mobile device capable of sending and receiving SMS messages
- A mobile service plan with a participating carrier
- You must be the authorized user of the mobile number provided
